i am so, SO sorry that i didn't see this in time yesterday. i guess i thought i'd get an email notification or something when there was a reply. there are two of us in maricopa that missed out and i was so hoping to find a regular cleaning service that came out here. ugh - bummed!!

My house is just under 3200 sq. ft. What would the extra charge be after buying this Voucher/Deal?

Hi Kathleen - Once the 2,500-sq ft. is reached you must pay the normal amount. $76 an hour for 2 person and $114 for 3. On average 1,100 sq feet are covered in an hour. Thanks!

Hi Kathleen, in this instance we would do the 2500sq ft for $59 and the difference would be charged at normal cost for a 2 person team ($76/hour)or 3 person team ($114/hour). This is still a smoking deal because a two person team can generally clean 1100 sq ft per hour, however, this depends on the level of dirt. Thanks for your question! Tony

hi there. i notice that your location is in chandler and you service all the way up to fountain hills, surprise, etc. it's a surprisingly wide area, but i notice that maricopa isn't listed, even though it's closer to your office than some of the covered locations you mention. do you service maricopa as well? thanks!
